3600 Platform Agreement

These Terms apply to all users of 3600.live, including visitors who browse the Platform without registering and registered players who hold an active account. Your continued use of the Platform following any update or modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3600 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 3600.live/terms-conditions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 3600.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 3600, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 3 600 or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or service providers.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming.
• You have not previously had a 3600 account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3600 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 3600 may result in account suspension or termination.

To access real-money gaming features on 3600, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 3600 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3600 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and in some cases, proof of source of funds. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 3600 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 3600 support immediately.

All financial transactions on 3600 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 3600 supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your 3600 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 3600 does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 3600 account holder. 3600 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the operating hours of the relevant financial institution.

3600 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the account holder. Deposits must not be made for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.

3600 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated.
• 3600 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

All games available on 3600 — including live casino tables, slots, bingo, Monster Plinko, and Callbreak — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

Slot games and other non-live games on 3600 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, independent, and fair. RNG systems are subject to periodic testing and certification by independent third-party auditors.

Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time via video stream. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to RNG. All live dealer sessions are recorded and archived for dispute resolution purposes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, 3600 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account balance. 3600's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be provided in connection with a technical malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3600 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 3600 staff or other players.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.

3600 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your account settings and through our support team.

If you believe that your gaming activity is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek assistance. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will prevent access to your account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion is not reversible during the elected period.

All content on 3600.live — including but not limited to the 3600 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3600 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 3600.

Any unauthorized use of 3600's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3600 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

3600 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, 3600's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 3600's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3600 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3600 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3600 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required for the operation of the Platform (such as payment processing and KYC verification), as required by law, or as described in our Privacy Policy. 3600 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon posting to 3600.live/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, 3600 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting 3600 support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 3600 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

3600 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints regarding the Platform's conduct may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
